![]() I do pizza on the BBQ all the time. takes about 3 min a pizza to cook, all home made and probably the best pizza I have ever had. I use this http://www.bakerstonebox.com/ best 100ish bucks I have ever spent for a bbq accessory. I also have been running the smoker and BBQ for normal meals. Also I have discovered BBQ mats, another must have

I've read up on it a bit ; It states to not expose it to flames Steve, do you have deflectors in your unit ? I only have cast grilles and open flames under my ceramic blocks so I'm a bit concerned about using a mat with my setup. PS; great food ideas everyone! Thanks |
