Yup as above no fish for 8 weeks

Also a side note probably shouldn't have a yellow tang in a 40 breeder anyway

Nothing. You have to leave it without fish to clear the ich. Only other option is drain and bleach.

Yup if you can't wait the 8wks then you can restart with new sand and new rock and dry everything out and wash everything down. Old rock and sand cannot be used right away

Only option besides that is buy fish and pretend it never happened who knows you may get lucky but it's a hard lesson learned for sure sucks losing your fish but it can be avoided easily enough
