What's the flow rate on these?

Why selling this one if you have never used it?

Seems like this would cost around 130 bucks to get it shipped, pretty fair deal IMO...

I have an RSM130 but wonder if this might be a little too strong.

I have a 60gal cube and i was advised that the flow would be way too much for my tank so i never put it in. i purchased 2 rw8's instead
