Currently I'm using the RSM130 (34 gallon) with the upgraded pump and a tunze 9001 skimmer. It's a lot more quiet than the original pumps and skimmer. I also install an mp10wes pump. It's right next to my tv, and I barely hear it. Great little tank. I also have a radion light fixture, you can't hear the fan if you install in the hood.

The nano set ups I have are a new Fluval Edge 12 gallon for $150 and an Eheim 16 litre for $100.
