![]() it is an upside down jelly fish.i usually get them from my brine shrimp eggs.you might see them as small stalks on your rock before they release into the water column.you can raise them in a small tank as they feed on light as well as a bit of phytoplankton.they can grow up to 6 inches

Yup, I had a bloom of them when I first started my 5 gallon and they just died off themselves after awhile. I still see one or two every once and awhile. I agree with Anthony, definitely a medusa stage of a hydroid. |
