my 20" one gets along fine with my 4" naso, there are alot of posts saying that snowflakes are aggressive and dumb well, what i have found with mine is neither of those are true they just have really crappy eyesight so if your hungry eel bites down on your tang it would be a mistake, just make sure you feed it in the same area of the tank every time and use feeding stick,by doing this the moray will go to the feeding area everytime rather that trying to detect the food source by just swimming around with its lmouth open, and get a totally tight lid ive found mine twice on the floor after hours out of water just popped him back in and all was well after 1/2 hour.
