![]() I would think if you're changing them in time, doing all at once shouldn't be a problem. If you bleached everything, you might have waited too long

![]() Alternatively, if you can raise the fixture a bit, that would take care of bleaching issues (because we all wait longer than we should)

![]() so i just replaced 3 of the 6 bulbs and raised my fixture to its max of 6.5" hopefully nothing bleaches

![]() was interested in this topic as well as ive just switched to a 6 bulb fixture and was curious about bulb changing. When i got the fixture, the bulbs were probably 1-2+ yrs old judging by the "burnt" look near the prongs...
![]() So I just changed them all out....at once... no problems. Had an algae bloom but that was from NitraGuard BioCube thingys. my bad....again. |
