Alex is for sure a pleasure to deal with. He doesn't skimp out on orders and has great communication and follow up.
I once decided to put in an abrupt order just a couple hours before it had to be shipped out because I wanted the corals to arrive the following morning and Alex personally called and accommodated my wish.
