Whenever I lost a fish down an internal overflow with the return and intake pipes in place I have to be very patient with a couple of nets in the overflow. It was cramped, vermetid snails were stabbing me, my back was killing me... but with a bit of patience and slow movements the wrasse swam into one of the nets and I got him out.
