![]() When I provided my address, I didn't put in CANADA. It turned out that the replacement is being shipped from Germany, not Montreal.
This is the item status message on the tracking page - "The item was handed over to the International Logistics Center Frankfurt on Sep 13, 2014 to be forwarded to United States of America." Will the guys at TUNZE assume that my address is it the USA and bungle up the shipment? Or, will the shipment go though USA first then to Canada? |

![]() I have a tunze 3155 that I put in my tank on start up and found that the tunze won't work right if you have to much air bubbles in tank the bubbles stick to the eye and the sensor assumes water level is low and turns on pump
