Assuming your fish aren't horribly inbred and there are some blacks (not ice) left, I might be able to sneak into the victoria group for a pair?

No they're not. My clowns are really healthy and are not inbred. They have no flaws whatsoever.
Here is another picture of the parents of my black ice. their babies look just as good if not better  And here is a picture of some orange ocellaris I also have for sale $10 each  Thank you
