![]() Not sure "bristle"worms are a good idea for birds. I would leave them be as part of the natural CUC, the ones in my tank have never been an issue.

![]() Our Melanurus Wrasse keeps our bristle worms in check
He'll dig through the sand and create big sand clouds to catch 'em We still have bristles, but they are not an issue anymore as far as getting out of control is concerned He also keeps the brittle stars from over-populating and crowding the corals. I had a nest of them in our birdsnest once that, when I pulled it out, must have been 50 strong - a golfball-sized pile of 'em all wrapped around each other |

![]() I have a few I keep an eye out for them.... When I rearrange the tank I watch for them...
Too many means they were/are overfed & there should be adjustments. Less food and remove as many as possible. A few are a good thing an army is bad. |
