That stuff is called panduit. I got a quote from a supplier here in Burnaby and it was $60 for a 6 foot strip of 1x1. Thankfully a friend had 2ft spare so I swapped him for a 10gallon tank.
Its nice stuff, but a nightmare if you ever have to access it or remove the cover to change out anything electrical. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk

You can try B&E Electronics down in the south (not far from Shaw GMC if that helps) or Active Electronics across from Big Als if that's any easier but yeah I imagine EECOL and Westburne would also have it.
