as long as the roots are growing your okay.
leafs can take up to 3 months to grow.

Mist them with fresh water. I think the more the better.

correct: mist with RODI

They do take forever to grow. I've had mine for about 6 months and they have all grown about an inch each. Some open, some don't. I have the same light as you as well.

They are fun, though!
