I bought a 210 L wheeled container with a red lid from Canadian Tire for $23.99. It's the bomb.

I picked up a 50g food grade barrel from Wing's (makers of soya sauce, etal) that is heavy grade black plastic with a screw on lid for $15. Not sure if they are also in Calgary but other such food producers are usually happy to sell these types of containers for cheap.
