another way you could go is with a power engineer, who is experienced in large building systems, I have a friend who is the head power and in charge of maintenance in Chinook mall.

its a little bigger than the systems I am used to, but that kind of stuff is my background also, i just didn't want to go back to Alberta when I retired LOL, I saw the weather you guys are having now

I don't blame you for leaving - another crap storm today! Didn't believe when "they" said it was going to be a bad winter...good grief!!!

Would you be able to pass your friend's name along (PM)? I'm sure my system is not comparable to Chinook's, but perhaps he might have some insight.
