I would say my overflow is ghost-ier than that. Don't have the bulged teeth inside the tank. But for someone who cannot cut the glasses but can only drill, that's one hell of a good overflow option. Ofcourse, much much MUCH better than HOBs.

I ordered this directly from Felix and Katiria (Reef Savvy) when they were showing it off at MACNA, for my new build. I ordered an extra set of magnetic overflow teeth as well. It seems very well designed (yes it is a turn-key bean-animal).

Not cheap (in my opinion).....but the "sexyness" and the quality of the "Reef Savvy" name won me over.

I'm due to pick it up in Miami, Florida in the next week or so. If not; a buddy of mine will pick it up from them for me.

I will let you know how it goes and post actual pics (box opening yada, yada, yada) if you'd like. I don't want to unintentionally "hi-jack" this thread. Alternatively; I can start a new post/thread.

Also, if I'm not mistaken; there may be a few hobbyists in the London, Ontario area that may already be using this product. I'm uncertain if they are members of this forum or not though.

It's a high quality, turn key, bean animal with a low profile in tank overflow. I was seriously considering one before deciding to just have a custom tank built.

I saw it in a MACNA review - those things are pretty wicked. I'll definitely incorporate it eventually.

Yah I'm not sure if I could ever bring myself to cut my own glass, but I'd definitely use one of these if the option was open to me. So much better than the giant trash cans on either end of my tank!

I wouldn't cut my own glass either. That's just my preference. It's a psychological stumbling block.

However; large internal overflow boxes are exactly why I went for this kit. My new Display is being custom built and I wanted to try this overflow out for its novelty.
