I would say to look for grease nipples in that area and grease it up and see if the noise goes away, but if you looking at new bushings and such and can't do it your self it could get expensive. and imports are usually more expensive to fix than domestics. But, over the head, I don't think its the suspension but rather something called "spindle" (found the name from a car diagram". That's where the sound is coming I believe.
