Are you sure the LFS didn't throw a small one in the bag that you didn't notice? I bought 5 last week and all were about 1 cm long

I bought them 2 months ago and this one is about 2-3mm long. All the others are around 1".

I got a bunch in my tank and they breed all the time , I always find new baby ones.

I have started off with 4 in my tank and now I have 7 in the tank

some people have no luck with critters reproducing and others have non stop baby factories and still others it's pure dumb luck.
