I guess I am more of a reader then a poster but I have to throw my 2 cents in, I have a martial arts club but we also teach yoga. I have to say I am super impressed with yoga if taught by a qualified instructor. I am embarrassed to say at one time I thought it was a class for grandmothers. Haha that was until my Korean instructor said "John sit, yoga very easy" Holy crap I have been doing martial arts for years and I thought I was going to die!
