Very easy to deal with.

If your just moving across town large ziplock bags should work just fine

Or salt water buckets.

Although I see why you would individually bag them (more water, more dilution= less toxins) BUT its a trade up. Your going to spend an incredible amount of time trying to individually bag corals, as many will attest time is the enemy when doing any sort of tank transfer.
