Reminds me of the first batch of bulbs (factory seconds) that Venki was selling when he started up. Perhaps these are Chinese as well.

I have seen these on some tanks. Personaly i couldnt see much of a difference. Mind you i am inexperienced and was only there for like 2 minutes. These bulbs ar aftermarket bulbs you do know that right. Heck i dont know what aftermarket even is but i think they hav been used before. You should try looking at other sites to see how much these bulbs really cost.
