![]() Yup Dell's support has gone the way of the dodo bird. Also they tech support is not inthe USA (at least the last time we had to deal with them at the office), you always got cut off as it was a lousy VoIP connection, and the person on the other end could hardly speak english..
needless to say Good luck and be persistent with them
