Yes that was the stuff. There was some other stuff that some other forums mentioned, but I could not find that in Canada so this stuff was supposed to be the next best thing. We'll see if it worked!

I have obtained this product which is a rebrand of the Sea Klear everyone in the US uses. I have not yet tried it though. It is Lanthanum Chloride only.

I used a spare 29 gallon tank, filled that tank with my rock and dumped about a capful at a time. Each day I did a 5-gallon water change and added more of the LC. Did that for about 3 weeks - at first the water was crazy cloudy but over time went very clear.
