Trying to figure out 2 25's or 1 40? 150g tank with a Dart closed loop, and a Little Giant Sump return approx 350-450 gph on that. What would be better?

I cant do much of a standing wave, as I'm coast to coast overflow with only like 1/2" freeboard till the eurobracing. I could put one 40 on far end, less visible, or 2 25's one on each end facing, or both on same end???
