Glad to see you on Burc ...I really see these bashing/threatening posts against you kind of cowardly and it's good to hear both sides.. HEY UP TOP Pass some of that popcorn lol...

I too have had missing frags in from past orders, but I will say that Burc has always been good about sending emails back in order to try and resolve issues.
Another thing I really appreciate is that often times the reason an item would be missing is that the frag was not healthy, and rather than shipping it sick, Burc offered to refund my money or place a healthy one on the next order.  I can only imagine how much of a logistical nightmare it must be to coordinate a huge group order, and work with Shipping and weather in a timely manner. I would say 95% of the frags I recieved were as advertised.

I'm not takeing either side. All I know is most of the group orders I do range from $600 to $1300 (lots of frags) we get a few doa's and maybe a missing frag or two. Burk always replaces next order. I don't count people's frags I pick up the order at airport and meet up right away. And I take picturs of the packing, and my order to show people vi email or text. I don't do reviws on here because it's against site policy. And Burk phones me right away to resolve the issue.
