need help re : apex email setup page

isnt shaws smtp server mail.shaw.ca

and doesn't the from address have to be valid address from operator of the smtp server?

It does work with Shaw now, I just can't remember my settings at work here. I will try to remember to look them up when I get home.

the SMTP server is mail.gmx.com, port 587. To: field is whatever email address you want to receive notifications. Set up with username and password from the GMX account. Shaw doesn't come in t it unless you're sending to @shaw.ca

Thx everyone it's working now. the correct SMTP server is Mail.gmx.com.
