Default Polyp extention on my red gorg! + a couple more pics.

Finally! My red gorg is extending polyps! I have had it a couple of weeks along with a yellow one.

Please excuse my glass I didn't want to disturb it by cleaning it.

yellow. this one was extending its polyps on day one.

this one has been growing like crazy this last week or so. I thought I was going to loose it with the rest of them when I got it.

Purple blade.

lastlight, Both are non photosynthetic I am afraid.

No worries Baldy I don't mind. Id like to know the name of it myself. I think it is the only thing in my tank I don't know the name of.
Common anyway I know non of the scientific names for them.

More are extended today and looks like there will be more yet that are going to come out. I think I can consider it out of the woods.

I find this one is very sensitive, I went back to try to get a better full shot of it and all the polyps were retracted, there was a hermit that crawled onto its base.

With my Macro lens. I am still learning how to use this camera and I didn't pulll out the tripod so its what I got
