Default Warning about toxins!

Wow what a reaction to my reef tank i had last night! I was cleaning some green paly's off my back glass in my reef tank and a few hours later had flu like symptons. It started with a runny noise then tight chest did not think much of it and went to bed to sleep off what I thought was a cold / flu kicking in. I woke up at 12:30 pm with a headace what felt like a was shaking and felt cold but was hot to the touch. I still feel tired but way better than last night. After lots of searching online this morning the only thing I can link it to is those green paly's. if you have these in your tank they a potentialy dangerouse so be carefull with them. I will try to post a picture but it is not the best shot.
