Go with one big filter instead of two. Less to clean and this eheim has two intakes so you can have them set up on opposite ends of the tank to ensure no dead spots.

Although the Eheims are a better product, when I was running my 125g I had 2 XP3s. It was a cost decision
I liked that I could clean them out on alternating cycles without worrying too much about media or bacteria

Ken, they would also work well for your plans, as the Eheims, as they have a shut-off. Just be careful with the XPs as their quick-release valve pipes are easily broken with rough handling

There are a few inline heater options
The one that sticks out in my mind is the Hydor
I have no experience with them, but was considering them before I went salty

Because you mentioned a UV filter ...
If you're into it, Lifeguard makes a heater module that holds your heater and you could put 1 or more inline with your UV setup
