![]() I used a skill saw and a clamp on guide, like a fence on table saw. I was also only making baffles for my sump so finish wasn't criticle however it seemed to cut true with no noticable high or low spots.

Thanks for all the input. Now that I have the info I find my plan for a sock holder may not work due to the water level/baffle height in the chamber.
