Water changes every 2 weeks (40 gallons) with instant ocean and some calcium additive from bulk reef, just cause I have some left. very mininum zeovit or for that matter any other additives, mostly K-balance. I clean my skimmer every 3-4 days and its just nasty. Filter socks is the same, every 2-3 days swap out. Thats about it bud. I do siphon the sand every few month and blow off the rock and around the sps with a turkey baster. Major elements are supplied by vertex calcium reactor and avast kalk stirrer.
