Wow!! Thats bad! they have the WORST customer service, sent them emails with pics and still havnt heard back
ya, they are horrendous to deal with. But their products are good(most of them). I would recommend buying from a retailer and then you can deal with them for returns/warranty and things like that. That way someone else has to deal with their nonsense and you still get cheap good stuff.
