They'll get you to fill out a form, ask you some questions and then pull the money out of the merchants account. The merchant will get a form from visa to fill out and visa will decide on who's right based on the info they get back and the person who they find right gets the money back.

Yep, I would not hesitate one second longer. You gave them more than enough time to do right by you. Time to call Visa. (Keep and document EVERYTHING...EMAILS- FAXES- DATES OF PHONE CALLS ETC!)

Update , they finally sent a tracking number for my missing part!!! Let's hope it's the right one and not damaged and they SAY they are sending a couple gift cards for the hassles. WE"LL see if that comes out as truth.
