Starting at 6:00 am, I gradually ramp up to 100% on all channels for about 3 hours per day. At around 10:00 pm the lights are off and the fishies tucked in and sleeping.
I just recently started keeping SPS, around 3 months ago and getting lots of growth but I am not happy with the color of a monti. The LPS and softies are also doing great.

At my peak, I am running
R: 20% G: 23% B: 65% P: 55% W: 35% UV: 10% How high should I have it and how long should the peak be during the day?
