Definitely not a Devils hand. I agree with the post above looks like a colt to me. I if you want to frag it just cut a piece off and throw in some mesh with some rubble.

It looks like finger leather to me. I got a pink and green one in my tank. I would share a pic but the quality of the image is far too embarrassing :P
