Are the ratings for these skimmers underrated like most skimmer companies do? Im just wondering if I am going to want a CSC-150 or 250 for my new 150G system..

I think you mean over rated.

These are rated to performances tested and ver much rated less than what they can acheive.

One thing are company does not do on any angle including marketing ourselves is fake anything. We are known for it.
