Fat kids usually have fat parents that need help and educating. Poorer families have a higher rate of obesity because cheap food is much higher in fat and salt. Lets punish the under privillaged instead of helping them.

The owner of the dog could have been a little old lady who thought she was being nice to the dog by feeding it whenever it begged her to do so. Sure the dog is ridiculously unhealthy but unless I knew that the person was overfeeding to be cruel or as a joke I wouldn't be after people's heads without knowing the facts. Some people really don't know what is too fat or skinny, anorexic people think they look fat all the time, they have mental issues. I've seen lots of fat fish on Canreef but no one cares.
