Our ocean waterhas slightly less specific gravity as well as potential toxins, including pollution, pathogens etc.
If you search this board you will find a couple of threads on the subject. But I like reef_rafs comment: ( apx) After spending thousands on a reef ,you want to save like 5 bucks a week on salt? and subject your reef to the hazards and variables of NSW???.......
