not sure if these are good or bad? are they aiptasia? Or something else

its a palythoa,read up on palytoxins. they spread really fast especially that particular type so its up to you if youd want to keep it personally id pass on them

+1 nothing bad, just not the type most keep in their tanks, google zoanthids and palythoas lots of nice varieties, like Denny mentioned above they contain palytoxins so use caution when handling these as the toxins in them are deadly in cases, best to use gloves and avoid eye contact or ingestion most people keep plays and zoas I myself have about 24 varieties Denny probably has what 1000? Is that accurate Denny

Thanks for the info. whats the best way to get rid of them without completly removing the rock they are on

Your more then likely going to have to take it out to get them all, if not I'm not sure I generally try to keep mine alive
