Yah, you can clean it with a soft toothbrush. keep an eye on it tho. Those snails will be in the sand or rock around the clam, so more thn likely you will have to clean it a couple of times.

Well he is all clean now.. I couldnt beleive how many of those snails where on it..wow. I bet it feels soo much better haha.
I alos scooped a lot of sand under the clam and through it away. Ill keep on it if anymore show up for the next while.
