Because sponsors complain that people are reguarily selling frags...your allowed to sell frags without sponsorship just not continuously ....that's my understanding anyways p

nope, not touchy at all..pretty straight forward. Hobbyists can sell frags from their overgrown tanks. Now if you have a 500g growout operation and you have dozens of frags offered weekly, that's questionable. If you ship and have a website, you're a commercial operation. If someone complains, we look into it, evaluate, and make a per incident decision.
I think every vendor that sells frags also sells a whole lot of other stuff. Salt, lights, etc...they're commercial.
For us reefers that are somewhat good at growing corals, we need an outlet to get rid of the over growth. Throwing it in the garbage isn't the greatest idea. So as long as you're a hobbyist, and you're selling and trading frags that have grown off of your corals, it's all good.
