Looks like turf algae to me but I haven't personally seen it growing on glass.

looks like bryopsis to me as well, nasty stuff to get rid of.

you can manually scrape whats on the glass removing it , but it will come back ..its a water quality issue.....prob overfeeding or lack of waterchanges/proper filtration...too high a bioload etc. etc. etc.

if you remove whats there and lower your phosphates it will dissappear as the tank ages
