Thanks Wayne. What happened to your frag? You bought that last year some time right? Unfortunately I lost my colony as well and and on the hunt for a new one.

I think the move to the new tank and new home almost six mths ago was too much. Sorry to hear that yours is gone. The sarmentosa is definitely one of my Fav! I should check with Len as he bought one too... I'll let you know... Other frags are Slowly growing but the colours are great!

Mine (also from you) is slowly on its way out as well. Was doing great until my transfer too.

Of course I haven't really had a skimmer for 2 months which hasn't helped things.

I had my skimmer on but I think my new tank lacked the nutrients of a matured and stable tank... and I was not feeding my fish as much and prob low on the beneficial bacteria also... Most of my corals were browning out and only until feb did things started to go right... Other funny thing is I can't seem to keep montiporas... The German blue Monti bleached out but still has polyps ( it has been kept low all this time).. Been dosing extra potassium hoping the colour will bounce back. Other SPS are doing great though...

I also had a frag of that. Didn't grow for a year, then started to recede. Went into frag tank and poof the next day.
