Redstone is very good but not for steak, restauraunt one-eleven is also very good; Both are upscale.
The Rock is ok but I wouldn't call it fine dining... unless of course you consider jello shots in a syringe to be fine dining! Casa pergola (not sure if I spelled that right) is supposed to have fantastic italian food but I haven't tried it yet. Cities gastro pub offers a bucket of bacon as an appetizer and has a menu just for beer but the service is only so-so.
