$300 gets us free shipping which saves everyone $45 so there is your savings. We should keep this as simple as possible perhaps if we pay individually as per Flash's group buys.

I am fine with ScubaSteve hosting the frags and coordinating the sale. Anyone object to Steve's 1 day pick up rule?

Dates. We should hard set some dates.

Ship date. The date everything ships and expect order to arrive at host next day.

Cut-off date/time. Last chance to order and be included in this group buy. This is needed for Burc for obvious reasons.

Inventory date. A firm date with accurate inventory list from Burc. This is when we begin to order our purchases, first come first serve.

Discuss please.

I am also interested but only for $30 -$40 bucks. ( 3 or 4 corals )
Also to make order easy, we shouldhave alternative corals in case he is out.

Yes this sounds like a good idea. I am hoping to get a complete stock list from him at the time we order though.

yup compile a list of frags then at cut off, send it to burc and have him check stock!!!

do we have a final date yet? I just emailed and Burc said he has all the red acans in stock.

It is not final yet but it looks like we will ship Monday the 7th to arrive at Seahorse's house before noon on Tuesday the 8th. Not final yet, should know tomorrow.
