even if I had an attitude, which I do not think I do, how would they know I was the one calling? even if they had caller ID, iv never called the store and talked to them prior to my trying this time around.

anyways, I apologize to you if you think I have belittled you somehow. It was most likely all my fault for thinking everyone who uses a forum actually read the whole thread they were replying to, and didn't just reply for the sake of increasing their post count.
