I had 5 green/blues in my 65g and they were awesome, lost a couple to different causes, dont think it had anything to do with the amount I had. Not aggressive towards other fish or anything and looked really natural the way they schooled. Planning on getting a dozen or so vanderbilts or some other cool chromis variation in the future. If you have large sps colonies they will sleep inside them/ hide in them when scared, again looks like something you would typically see on a natural reef. Good decision I would think, but dont trust me as I have not had a group this large but again I wouldnt think it would be much different than having a smaller group in a smaller tank.

I started with 14 and ended up with 5.....the problem isnt with the chromis....the problem is with what we call a school.....we add 10 or 20 or 30 and call it a school, when in the wild these fish school by the hundreds....what we have is a small group...... expect some losses

I'll check those links out, and keep hunting around. I'm happy with my current t5s but I am getting the upgrade itch. And would like to know my options when the time comes.

impossible to keep more than one in my 33 gallon. Ive always assumed "this tank isnt big enough for the two of us" syndrome. Too bad because i really liked the school affect.
