Well, Greg is a good friend indeed to go to all that trouble for you and I'm sure you will enjoy your new RSM.
I'm not quite sure I understand the purpose of that metal tubing though? Seems like a hell of a lot of good work for something competely unnecessary...unless I am missing something?
Not that I would be complaining if I were in your shoes.

by putting that support bar in the shelving is removed to give him more room for equiptment under the tank like skimmers/ reactors keppingthe setup neat and tidy

Yes Jeff you are correct see the RSM is a self contained unit and I'm drilling it to run a sump and a real skimmer in there. The 30th I will have the tank. I can't wait either I received my new t-5s today too

Aha...my apologies - I missed the entire goal . I have an RSM 250 as well (nearly stock) and agree that having a sump would be a great improvement.
So when can I ship you my stand Greg?
Looking forward to the progress of this build.

why kid if you want such a thing grizz can do it up paint it and send it to you for you to do the modification. at a cost of course pm grizz about it.

and mike if you dont have more pics of your tank at least post pics of the goodies for it. keep the intrest going
