 seriously though, plecos eat a ton of low nutrent food and crap out the same amount of even lower nutrent, so realy they are not a big deal.. what I was talking about in messy was eating habbits, aros and ciclids are very messy eaters and water quality suffers just from feeding them. but ya run lots of carbon and get a good filter for polishing the water.Steve
